What we changed for the DK macro:
- It detects macro buttons and reads the macro text.
- It resolves Frost Strike from the macro itself, including lower-case /cast frost strike.
- It maps that macro to the real action button so the glow appears on the button you actually press.
- It shows a stronger border glow only, no center icon.
- It works with the Killing Machine style proc display you wanted.
