ModernMapMarkers is an addon that places markers on the world map for dungeons, raids, wold bosses, boats, zeppelins, trams and portals. This is a vanilla 1.12.1 fork of the original TurtleWoW addon by tilr & Heallios.
Clicking on transport markers (boats, zeppelins, trams and portals) will change the map to their destination. Markers with two destinations show a left/right click hint for each destination.
Portals, by default disabled, are a feature as well. Might be useful if your server makes use of custom portals.
You can easily add/remove/edit marker info by editing the MarkerData.lua file.
The addon supports Atlas and AtlasQuest. Clicking on dungeon, raid, world boss markers will open up Atlas on the corresponding page.
pfUI and ShaguTweaks are also supported.
Type /mmm to enable/disable world map dropdown menus.
Type /mmm hints to enable/disable transport marker click hints.
