The Forever build is a bigger addon than the TBC one, because Wick's Ledger is folded into it. Two halves in one window.

The session side tells you what a run actually earned and what that works out to an hour. Sessions start on their own when you enter an instance and pause rather than end when you step out, so a summon or a run back from a graveyard does not split one dungeon into three. The loot is broken down by item, with greys collapsed into a single junk line instead of twenty.

The board side reads the trade channel and keeps one line per person per subject, sorted into selling, buying, enchanting, crafting and travel, so you can read it once instead of watching it scroll. Every listing carries a category badge and the icon of the first item it names. Filter by category, search by player or text, and anything nobody has repeated in twenty minutes drops off on its own. Hover a listing for the item tooltip, right-click to open a whisper, shift-click to put the item in your chat box.

It reads the channel and never posts to it. Posting is restricted on this client, so the most either of those does is fill the box and leave the Enter key to you.

On pricing, plainly: loot is valued at its vendor price. The auction addons this reads on TBC do not exist on Forever yet, so there is no better source, and anything the client will not price is counted as nothing and marked as such rather than guessed at. A shipped price table will close that gap.
