STFU Silence toxic frustrating users

This addon introduces functionality to block chat from all sources that contains matching keywords.

Using this addon, you will be able to filter out annoying users based on qualifiers such as WORD and CONTAINS.

For example, if you didn't want to see anything that has the phrase "asmon" in it, you could setup a contains qualifier for
CONTAINS asmon

or, maybe you have a particular need to block exact words in a sentence. Useful for blocking something like anal spam. Using "CONTAINS anal" would end up blocking someone typing "Analyze the logs" but using "WORD anal" would leave "Analyze the logs" alone and still block that annoying tradechat spam.
