Shield Aura Forever

Shield Aura Forever is a lightweight absorb-shield HUD made specifically for World of Warcraft Forever.

It displays the player’s current absorb shield as a curved segmented bar near the center of the screen, making it easy to see how much protection remains without watching the player unit frame.

Shield Aura Forever reads the absorb amount calculated by the WoW Forever client rather than trying to reproduce individual spell formulas. This means normal spell scaling and modifiers are reflected automatically.

Known visual limitation: In the tested WoW Forever beta client, Bottom First drain direction can cause slight sideways movement of the curved bar as the shield decreases. Top First is unaffected in testing. The underlying cause has not been confirmed.
