Serene

Serene is a lightweight quality-of-life suite for WoW Forever. It cleans up the default interface and handles the small chores, without replacing Blizzard's UI.

Why Serene

• Modular: every module is its own addon. Turn off the ones you don't want in the addon list or on the Modules page in the options.
• Lightweight: it updates on game events and never runs every frame. Settings you turn off cost next to nothing, and the options window only loads when you open it.
• Transparent: the built-in Performance page shows CPU and memory use for every addon, Serene included, so you can check for yourself.

Interface

• Action Bars: bars 2-8 shown on every character, out-of-range coloring, shorter keybind text, macro names and fonts
• Nameplates: flat enemy plates with threat colors, cast bars, debuffs, combo points and quest progress
• Move & Scale: drag Blizzard's windows anywhere, Ctrl + scroll to resize them
• Tooltip: follows the cursor, has a cleaner look and adds the target, item level and guild rank
• Unit Frames: class colors, dark frames, options for the name, level and health text

Quality of Life

• General: faster looting, auto repair, sells your grays, a Train All button, skips cinematics, hides tutorials and error spam, more camera zoom
• Quests: accepts and turns in quests automatically (hold Shift to do it yourself)
• Social: accepts invites from friends, blocks invites, duels and shared quests from strangers, invites on whisper, says thanks when someone buffs you

Tools

• Performance: CPU and memory use for each addon, and an overlay with framerate, latency and your heaviest addons while you play

Usage

• /serene opens the options.
• /serene reset resets all settings to default.
• Minimap icon: left-click opens the options, right-click reloads the UI.

Installation

Install with the CurseForge app, or extract every Serene folder into Interface/AddOns. Serene is the core and is required. All other modules are optional.
