RestedXP NOVA Waybound 1–30

For WoW Forever • Public Beta

Required addon: RestedXP Guides. Install its Forever-compatible version first. RestedXP is downloaded separately.

NOVA Waybound combines outdoor questing and optional dungeon runs into a guided 1–30 adventure. It adapts publicly available RestedXP routes with NOVA dungeon preparation, chapter choices, quest cleanup review and training reminders.

Developed through Horde playtesting. Alliance routes are included, but we need Alliance testers to improve the guide. Different races, classes and characters joining partway through leveling are especially helpful.

Features

• Optional dungeon handoffs with prepare/run, ready turn-ins and skip choices.
• Eligible quest pickups during existing visits, using the 40-quest limit while reserving room for upcoming route quests.
• Ready reward checks before departure, and recovery pickups for missed quests.
• Level and prerequisite guards for dungeon preparation and known pickup requirements.
• Exploring the Horde capital reminders and guide steps for both faction tours.
• Primary and secondary profession choices with a get-later option, plus class skill and weapon training reminders.
• Navigation guidance and quest cleanup review. Nothing is automatically abandoned or deleted.

Installation

1. Install the Forever-compatible RestedXP Guides addon.
2. Extract the NOVAWaybound folder into your Forever client’s Interface/AddOns folder. NOVAWaybound.toc must be directly inside it.
3. Enable RestedXP Guides and RestedXP NOVA Waybound 1–30 on the AddOns screen. Restart the client for a first installation.
4. Select NOVA Forever Horde 1-30 or NOVA Forever Alliance 1-30 in RestedXP’s guide picker. Type /novaroute for chapter, dungeon and cleanup controls.
5. Private testers must disable NOVAForeverRXPFullCandidate, the old NOVAForeverRXP research preview and NovaForeverLeveling prototype to avoid duplicate guides.

RestedXP restores an existing selected guide; NOVA does not forcibly replace it.

Beta status and known gaps

48 chapters are included: 20 Horde and 28 Alliance. 110 offline checks pass, but these do not prove full gameplay coverage. Horde has received live feedback; Alliance has not been played through by the developer. Both factions include some older outdoor route fallbacks. NPC positions, beta unlocks, chapter timing and travel need broader live testing. This is not a verified fastest route or a fully tested guide for every race/class combination.

Aid For The Refugees is excluded pending the reported crate-looting fix. Some trainer/service pins, beta quests and class detours remain missing. Alliance’s The Fury Runs Deep has no useful earlier pickup visit before the early Stockades window; its level-25 requirement is respected.

Help test

Report the beta version, RestedXP version, faction/race/class, level, chapter and step, quest name/ID, current zone, expected instruction and what happened. Screenshots of the guide and quest log help. Mention whether you joined mid-route, skipped steps or reloaded shortly beforehand. Please report missing pickups, underlevel instructions, missing arrows, unfinished rewards before departure, unnecessary return trips and broken dungeon rejoining.
