Profession Recipe Tracker Forever

Work in progress. WoW Forever (game version 1.60.1) is still being discovered. New recipes, vendors and prices are added to the game's databases as they are found, so some sources are missing or approximate for now. The add-on picks them up automatically at each login. If you spot an error, please report it on the project page.

For World of Warcraft: Forever. See every recipe and profession book you are still missing, sorted by how to get it, and get guided to the vendor, the quest giver or the creature that drops it.

What it does

• Your missing recipes, outside trainers: recipes learned from a pattern, plan, formula or recipe item, plus profession books such as the Expert Cookbook, Expert First Aid and Expert Fishing.
• Sorted by source: profession books, reputation, currency, vendor, quest, drop and world drop. Or group them by rank (Apprentice to Artisan), or show them as one list sorted by skill or name.
• WoW Forever recipes are listed with the others, marked with an infinity icon. One click shows only them.
• Filters: learnable now or later, recipes or books, source, rank, reputation already reached, tracked recipes, and a search by recipe, item, vendor, zone, faction or quest.
• Clear status for each recipe: green when you can learn it now, yellow when your skill is too low, red when your reputation or faction blocks it, grey when requirements or sources are not verified.
• How to get it: required skill and yours, required reputation and yours, price in gold or currency (including Merchant Favor), vendors with zone and coordinates, quest and quest giver, creatures that drop it.
• Waypoint: a pin on the world map, and a TomTom arrow when TomTom is installed.
• Vendor prices learned in game: when you open a vendor, the add-on records the price of the recipes it sells, in gold or in any currency such as Merchant Favor.
• Profession window tab: a tab under the profession tabs opens the list for the profession you are looking at.
• Three languages: English, French and German.

Recommended add-ons

• AtlasLoot Forever: recipe list, skill levels, reputations and prices.
• Questie (with QuestieDB): vendors, drops, quests, locations and WoW Forever recipes.
• Optional: TomTom for the guidance arrow.

The setup wizard checks them on first launch. You can continue without them with a partial recipe list and fewer sources or locations.

Usage

• Open a profession window once: the add-on reads the recipes you already know.
• Click the Profession Recipe Tracker tab under the profession tabs, or type /prt.
• /prt setup setup wizard, /prt options options, /prt about about, /prt reset window position, /prt help all commands. /prtf works too.
• Options: Game Menu > Options > AddOns > Profession Recipe Tracker Forever.
• Minimap button: left-click opens the list, right-click opens the options.

Good to know

• If the old ChooseYourForever_Professions folder is still installed, close WoW and remove that folder from Interface/AddOns. Keep ProfessionRecipeTrackerForever and your WTF saved files.

• The game only lists the recipes you already know once you open the profession window. Until then, the add-on warns you that the missing count may be wrong.

• A recipe missing from a complete AtlasLoot import may be marked as probably added by WoW Forever: this does not prove it.

• Vendor positions and drops come from Questie and are not guaranteed to be complete for Forever.

• A chat message tells you when a newer version is available, so you can update it with the CurseForge app.

En cours de construction : WoW Forever se découvre encore. Nouvelles recettes, vendeurs et prix arrivent au fil des découvertes ; l'add-on les reprend à chaque connexion. Signalez toute erreur sur la page du projet.

Voyez toutes les recettes et tous les manuels de métier qui vous manquent, classés par façon de les obtenir : réputation, monnaie (dont le Merchant Favor), vendeur, quête, butin. Les recettes WoW Forever sont repérées par une icône infini, avec un filtre pour n'afficher qu'elles. Pour chaque recette : niveau requis, réputation, prix, vendeurs avec coordonnées, donneur de quête, et un repère sur la carte (et TomTom s'il est installé). Un onglet sur la fenêtre de métier ouvre la liste du métier affiché. AtlasLoot Forever et Questie sont recommandés ; vous pouvez continuer sans eux avec des données partielles. Fait partie de la suite d'add-ons Choose Your Forever, développé par MisterPi_, et fonctionne seul.
