Your bars, keybinds and gear for every role, switched in one click.

A paladin tanking one moment and healing the next shouldn't have to drag spells around. Keystance keeps a profile for each role: your action bars, the keys on them, and the gear that goes with them. Switch with a click, a key, or automatically when you pick up a shield.

Features

Profiles for each role

Save your action bars and their keybinds as Retribution, Protection, Holy or anything else, and apply them with one click.
Every change can be undone, and a profile can be updated with how your bars are now.
Each profile gets its own icon, and a strip along the bottom shows which one is in use and whether your bars still match it.

Switch your way

Click a profile, give each profile its own key, cycle with a "next profile" key, or put a small profile switcher anywhere on screen.
A switch asked for in combat waits until combat ends.
Automatic switching: equip a shield and your tank bars appear. Rules can watch for a shield, a two-hander, a particular item, or a gear set (the game's own equipment sets or ItemRack's). You can ask to be asked first.

Gear too

A profile can put on an ItemRack set, or Keystance's own set, before its bars.
Click a gear slot to choose from what you have that fits: worn, in your bags, and in your bank while it's open.
Items left in the bank are marked "In your bank", and a soft sound plays if something can't go on.
Undo puts everything back where it came from.

Bank panel

A Keystance button on the bank window (Blizzard's, EllesmereUI's or ElvUI's) opens a panel beside it.
Get fetches a profile's gear from the bank; Put stores it there.
Items your other profiles use stay in your bags, so switching keeps working anywhere.

See and set your keys

Keyboard: see what every key does on an on-screen keyboard (US or UK, optional numpad), with the Shift, Ctrl and Alt layers.
Controller: the same for gamepads, each button's binding named beside a drawing of the controller.
Bars: your action bars and their keys. Show or hide bars, and hover a button and press a key to bind it.
Actions panel: drag spells (and those still to learn), macros, raid markers and profiles straight onto a bar or a key.

Spell ranks

New ranks replace the old ones on your bars as you learn them.
Ranks you placed on purpose are left alone, and you can turn it off.

A short guide walks you through backing up, your first profiles and how to switch, ticking each step off as you go.

Safe to try

Before changing anything, Keystance saves your bars and every keybind. Restore original setup puts them all back. Use it before uninstalling, since the game keeps bar and key changes after an addon is removed.
Nothing changes in combat. Anything that can't be set is reported and left as it was.
Profiles only touch your bars and their keys. Movement and every other key are left alone.
If your keybinds are shared by all your characters, Keystance asks first and can give the character its own keybinds instead.

The default UI, EllesmereUI and ElvUI: Keystance takes on their look.
ItemRack for gear sets, the game's own equipment sets, or Keystance's own.
EllesmereUI's minimap tray and MinimapButtonButton.
Alts Forever: their bank buttons sit side by side.

Lightweight

Nothing runs while you play: no per-frame code, windows are built the first time you open them, and while they're closed the game's events cost one check and create no garbage.
