Jebbie’s Almanac – Leveling & Profession Guide

A leveling guide for Forever, every class from 1 to 60, Alliance and Horde, and all twelve professions from 1 to 300.

I built Jebbie's Almanac because I wanted a guide that works from where I actually am, not from a script that assumes I did everything in order. It looks at where you're standing and picks the route from there. Change zones and it picks again.

It's advice only. It never presses keys, moves you, accepts or turns in quests, sends chat, or does anything in combat. In a fight it just waits.

What you get

• Leveling routes to 60 for all nine classes, Alliance and Horde, in level brackets (1-10, 11-20 and up). Quests, flights, the tram, ships and zeppelins, your hearthstone and trainer visits are all in the route.
• All twelve professions, 1 to 300, on the cheapest path: Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Cooking, Enchanting, Engineering, First Aid, Fishing, Herbalism, Leatherworking, Mining, Skinning and Tailoring. Materials are counted from your bags, and it tells you where to train.
• Steps that follow the game. Quests tick themselves off from what the game reports. Tick any step yourself, skip one, and see your skipped list to go back.
• The way there. The game's own waypoint on every step, an on-screen arrow with distance and time, and the next few steps pinned on your world map.
• New spells at your trainer. When you level up, it lists what your trainer now teaches, what it costs against your gold, and the nearest trainer.
• How hard is it? Quest steps in the game's own colours, too-hard quests wait until you're ready, and solo tips for your class.
• Forever's changes. Forever's nine new dungeons show up at their levels, and quests new in Forever join the routes once someone has played them.
• Gold and gear. What to vendor, auction or keep, from Auction House prices you've seen yourself, never made up. Gear upgrades spotted in your bags.
• Find nearest innkeeper, trainer, vendor, repair, mailbox, flight master or bank, one click away.
• Hearthstone and riding tips: when hearthing beats the walk, and your riding trainer at 40 and 60.

• Jebbie's Voices speaks your quest finishes, trainer visits and gear upgrades.
• The companion app (Mac and Windows) can plan a route around your own character. You don't need it; the addon works on its own, and nothing leaves your computer unless you set that up.

Early days

Forever is still changing under all of us, and some routes are thinner than others, especially for races that have no route yet (on a Skyborne, it records your start for a future route). If a step is wrong, tell me in the comments or with /jebbie bug and I'll fix it.
