# Hey, What's Your iLevel?

**Hey, What's Your iLevel?** is a lightweight roster addon made specifically for **WoW Forever**.

It gives you a quick look at your group without taking over your screen. The roster shows:

**Name | Class | Build | Level | iLvl**

Your own information is shown automatically, while remote Talent Build and equipped average iLvl are pulled when you choose to scan the group.

## Manual Scan / Rescan

Remote inspection is completely user-controlled.

Press the **Scan / Rescan** button at the top of the window whenever you want to update nearby group members, or use:

`/hwilvl scan`

The addon does not constantly inspect people in the background.

If someone cannot currently be inspected, their row stays in the roster and you can simply scan again later.

Previously verified Build and iLvl information is kept when possible instead of being wiped just because a later scan fails.

## Talent Builds

WoW Forever uses traditional talent trees, so the addon shows the character's current Build along with their point distribution.

Examples:

`Protection 0/11/0`

`Beast Mastery 10/0/0`

`Feral Combat 0/10/0`

`No Talents 0/0/0`

The Build name is based on the character's dominant talent tree, and the numbers show how many purchased talent points are in each of the class's three trees.

## Equipped Item Level

The iLvl column shows the character's actual equipped average item level reported by WoW Forever.

Local iLvl is read directly from your character.

Remote iLvl is retrieved through Blizzard's inspection system when you run a scan.

Values are displayed in a simple format such as:

`10.7`

## Large Group Support

The roster now supports up to **40 friendly group members**.

The window does not grow into a giant raid frame when the group gets bigger. It keeps the same compact layout and adds scrolling when more than five players are present.

You can use the mouse wheel or scrollbar to move through larger groups.

The same roster is used for:

- Normal parties
- Battleground groups
- Raids
- Groups up to 40 friendly players

There is no separate raid mode or second window.

## Stable Group Tracking

Party and raid membership are handled separately from inspection data.

That means players should stay visible in the roster even if:

- they are temporarily unavailable for inspection
- a scan fails
- you zone into a dungeon or raid
- group unit tokens briefly disappear during a transition
- the client temporarily reports incomplete group information

Verified Build and iLvl data are stored by player GUID so raid-slot changes do not move one player's information onto someone else.

## Simple by Design

Hey, What's Your iLevel? is meant to stay focused.

It does not include damage meters, GearScore, gear rankings, raid management, automated targeting, or other unrelated systems.

The goal is simply to give you a clean view of who is in your group, how they are built, what level they are, and what their equipped average item level is.

## WoW Forever Beta

This addon is actively developed and tested for **WoW Forever**.

Large-group support up to 40 friendly players is implemented and tested internally. Live testing of the larger raid and battleground sizes will continue as that content becomes available during the beta.

Because WoW Forever is still in development, future client or API changes may require compatibility updates.

Feedback and bug reports are always welcome.
