HATED GAMING

Hated UI

The default UI, rebuilt flat and class-coloured.

"When you need to be Rdy, be Hated."

Developed by Rdy, Guild Leader of Hated Gaming.

Discord Patreon Buy Me A Coffee

A from-scratch rebuild of Blizzard's player, target, focus, pet, boss and target-of-target frames plus their cast bars, in a flat, blocky, class-coloured style, sitting alongside a dark reskin of every other panel the game ships. One options window, one shared style, one-click colour themes.

BUILT FOR ONE JOB
Make the whole interface read as one deliberate set instead of a stack of addons, without giving up Blizzard's own click-to-target, right-click menus, or Edit Mode.

Features

■  Unit frames, rebuilt from scratch
Player, Target, Focus, Pet, Boss (up to five), and Target-of-Target / Focus-Target are spawned as independent frames, not recolours. Flat class-coloured health, real portraits, combo points and every class resource, a right-click-cancelable buff/debuff row, working right-click menus, drag to move.

■  Classic bar or Circle
Each unit frame is either a horizontal health bar with a square portrait beside it, or a ring of health wrapped around a round portrait, each with its own size dial. Show Portrait works in both, so Circle can be a clean filled disc if you want.

■  Shared Style
Set shape, colour mode, texture, border and font once and every unit frame follows it. Break any single frame out with its own "Use shared style" toggle when you want it different.

■  Independent cast bars
Player, Target and Focus cast bars with the spell icon, interrupt colouring, and their own saved position, drawn from scratch the same way the unit frames are.

■  A dark reskin of everything else
Action bars, stance and pet bars, micro menu, minimap buttons, party and raid frames, the built-in damage meter, and every large window from the group finder to the auction house. Colours, borders and backgrounds only; every button behaves exactly as it did.

■  One-click colour themes
Recolour the whole reskinned set to a matching palette in a click, from a dozen presets or fully custom colours per module, with a checklist of which modules a theme is allowed to touch.

■  One options window
A resizable, grouped, collapsible settings window with scale, size, opacity, colour, border, background, font and text options for every module. Blizzard's own AddOns list keeps a button that opens it.

■  Test Mode
Force every HatedUI frame visible with placeholder health and casts, so you can size, move and recolour without a live target, focus, or fight.

Slash Commands

CommandEffect
/hatedui  /  /huiOpen the options window
/hatedui resetReset the current profile to its defaults

Everything else lives in the options window itself, per module.

HEADS UP
HatedUI owns the position of its own unit frames and cast bars; party and raid frames stay under Blizzard's Edit Mode and Raid Profiles. Turn a unit frame's Enabled option off and reload, and that frame is handed straight back to Blizzard, untouched.

Changes how Blizzard's own frames look and adds its own in their place. It reads game state only; nothing is collected and nothing is sent anywhere.
