Forever Simple Cast

Forever Simple Cast gives World of Warcraft: Forever clean, compact cast bars. In game it is listed as Forever Cast.

• Your cast bar: spell icon, name and time, your latency shown at the end of the bar, a GCD spark, pushback text when you are hit, interrupt and failure text, an out-of-range tint, and crafting batches merged into one bar.
• Target, focus, pet and nameplates: matching bars for everyone else's casts. Nameplate bars show who a cast is aimed at and glow when it is aimed at you.
• Swing timer (optional, off by default): wand, bow, gun and thrown shots fill the player bar until the next shot, with the startup before the first shot and gold ticks where your spells come free; melee swings run as thin strips under the bar.
• Timer bars: breath and fatigue, and your own countdowns.

What Forever lets an addon see. For any unit other than you and your pet, the game keeps cast details hidden from addons. Those bars are still drawn by the game with the right name, icon and timing, but the addon cannot read or react to them. So there are no "enemy is casting X" alerts, by design.

Open Options → AddOns → Forever Cast (or type /fcast) for every setting, in three pages: all bars and the player bar, target/focus/pet, and nameplate bars. /fcast unlock shows a draggable preview of each bar, and /fcast test plays a sample cast on all of them.
