Forever Resource Bar (Personal Resource Display)

Fully dynamic and custom Personal Resource Display addoon/mod.

The sole purpose of Forever Resource Bar is to allow the user a super easy to use UI/settings panel to control/mod the resource bars (power bar and health bar) to your liking. 

Features list but not limited to:
- Custom colors
- Custom borders
- Adjust size to your liking, scale, height, width, location etc. 
- Custom Textures
- Custom Fonts
- Set background mods
- 27 built in fully custom textures unique to Peralex (me) addons, by an actual graphic designer, you wont find these anywhere else.
- Fully modular with the Edit Mode in game, you can still move them using in game Edit Mode
- Native to the actual in game Personal Resoruce Display (performance first in mind) 
- Fully modular with Lib Shared Media, use your own custom textures, fonts and more. 
- Addtional features such as having the bars fade while out of combat and more!

This is only the first build/version, more small quality of life features planned in the future.
