Forever Library Books

Forever Library Books helps you discover and track library books in WoW Forever. Browse a 40-book catalog, find missing books on the map, and navigate to the librarian to turn them in.

Features

• Book catalog: Browse areas grouped under Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, with location notes and collection counts.
• Collection tracking: Automatically detects books in your bags, remembers discoveries, and supports manual completion. Progress is saved per character.
• Area alerts: A movable window shows your collection progress when entering an area with books. Minimize it or disable it from Settings.
• Map pins: The area window’s Map button displays all verified missing books in that area. Hover over a pin for item information or click it to select a navigation target.
• Navigation: A movable arrow shows direction, distance, and the selected target, with red for Horde and blue for Alliance.
• Reward previews: View the rewards available at the 10-book and 20-book milestones, with item icons and game tooltips.
• Librarian shortcuts: Find Garion Wendell in Stormwind or Owen Thadd in Undercity.
• Languages: English, Greek, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Getting started

Click the book launcher or type /flb or /librarybooks to open the catalog.

Choose an area and use Map to find a book. Enable or disable navigation from Settings or the area notification window.

Hold Alt while dragging the launcher; drag the other windows normally. Press Esc to close the catalog or Settings.

Compatibility and notes

Designed for WoW Forever beta, client 1.60.1. No additional addons are required.

Locations are based on community reports and may change during beta. Unconfirmed locations are marked Unverified and do not receive map pins.

Book and place names remain in English; item tooltips follow the game client’s language. Location directions are available in English and Greek.

Historical turn-in detection depends on quest information available from the client. Use manual completion when necessary. The collection counter tracks discoveries; rewards must be claimed by turning books in at the librarian.

In-game item icons and tooltips are provided by the World of Warcraft client. The addon’s interface and custom artwork were created for Forever Library Books.
