Chat Filter Plus Forever (CF+) is a category-based chat filter built for World of Warcraft: Forever. Pick what you never want to see again from 29 categories, switch each one on or off, and get back to playing.

- 🗂️ 29 toggleable categories in five groups, each with a plain-English description and its own on/off switch.
- 🧠 Smart matching that sees through tricks like

⚙️ Make it yours
- 📡 Channels: choose where to filter: General, Trade, LFG, Defense, Services, GuildRecruitment, custom channels, Say, Yell, emotes, whispers, communities, and (optionally) guild, party, raid and instance chat.
- 🤫 Quiet mode: hide NPC chatter, AFK/DND auto-replies or standard /emotes entirely.
- 📝 Lists: your own block words, always-show words, muted players and trusted players. Lua patterns supported with
re:. - 🏷️ Placeholder lines: see
[CF+ filtered: Politics]instead of a silent gap. - 🧼 Blizzard's profanity filter: one tick to switch on the game's built-in filter alongside CF+.

❓ FAQ
🤔 Something innocent got hidden. What do I do? Open the Log tab to see which category caught it, then add the word to Always-show keywords, trust the player, or switch that category (or strict mode) off.
🔐 Does it report or delete anything? No. CF+ only changes what you see on your screen.
⚔️ Why did a message get through during a boss fight? WoW: Forever uses the modern addon restrictions, and some chat is protected from addons during restricted content. CF+ lets those messages through rather than breaking.
💭 Can it hide chat bubbles? No addon can filter the speech bubbles above characters' heads. The chat window is fully covered.
🧭 The minimap button is in the wrong place. Drag it, or set Settings → Minimap shape (or /cfp minimap square). /cfp minimap reset puts it back.
