Free a bag slot with one click - and never lose anything that matters. For WoW: Forever.

Early on your bags fill up faster than you can empty them, and you end up deleting things in a hurry. BagWarden adds a small button to your bag window. Hover it and it tells you exactly what the next click will do; click it and one bag slot is free. It starts with the cheapest junk, and it never touches your quest items, your reagents or anything green and above.

Beta. Built for WoW: Forever. Expect a few rough edges, and please report what you find.

Features

• One click, one free slot. The button sits next to the sort button in your bags. The tooltip always names what goes next - "Delete [Ragged Cloak] - 2c" - so nothing is a surprise, and the item itself lights up red in your bags before you click.
• It knows what's actually worthless. Junk goes first, cheapest stack first, counting the whole stack (five stones at 5c is 25c, not 5c). A half-full stack you're still looting is worth more than its contents, because it has room to grow, so it stays.
• Never deleted: quest items, items that can't be sold, recipes and profession tools, anything green or better, and anything on your own never-delete list. White items always ask first, with Delete, Skip and "Never delete this".
• Sells your greys at a vendor automatically, and never more than the merchant will let you buy back.
• A record of everything it deleted, with what it was worth and when, in the settings.

Only when you ask for it

BagWarden deletes nothing on its own. It has no timer, it does nothing in combat, and nothing on the minimap or in chat can delete an item: only the button in your bag window, its confirmation popup, or a key you bind yourself. That's partly the game's own rule, and partly the right way round.

Getting started

1. Open your bags. The BagWarden icon is next to the sort button.
2. Hover it to see what's next, click it to free a slot.
3. Right-click the button to keep an item forever; manage that list in the settings.

Left-click the minimap icon to open your bags, right-click it for settings.

Part of YippYapp

BagWarden works fully on its own. It is also part of YippYapp, a small family of addons for WoW: Forever, and it gets smarter when they're installed:

• Skillwright tells it which reagents your professions need, so they're never junk.
• AutoFeed tells it which food, water and bandages your macros use.
• Guildhall tells it what you've listed for your guild, or what a guildie asked for.
• Campfire shows which players are nearby, wherever you are.

Installed together they share one minimap button, one window (/yippyapp) and one settings page.
