Azeroth Alumni Who were you in Vanilla?

Back in 2004–2006 we had guilds, rivals and friends on realms that no longer exist. WoW Forever brings the old world back, but everyone is scattered across new names. Azeroth Alumni helps you find each other again. Add the character you played in original Vanilla WoW: name, realm, faction, class and guild. Anyone else running the addon will see it when they hover over you, and you'll see theirs. Features Your Vanilla identity in the tooltip. Hover over a player to see who they used to be, for example "Wolm, Shadow Priest on Kor'gall EU (Horde)". Old guildmate alerts. Run into someone from your old guild on your old realm and you get a raid-warning flash and sound. Small typos in guild names are forgiven, so you won't miss each other over a misplaced letter. No typing mistakes. Only your name and guild are typed. Faction, region, class, spec and realm are picked from lists, with every original US and EU realm included.

Reunion Journal. Every old friend you find again is saved: who they were, the date and where you met.

Old-guild tracker. See how many members of your old guild have been found so far, and who they were.

Watch list. Looking for someone specific? /aa watch Name, Realm alerts you when they show up. Same-realm veterans. Get a quiet chat note when someone from your old realm is nearby.

Share your BattleTag (optional). Tick one box and your BattleTag shows for old friends. They click it in the list, copy it and add you. It's off by default. Multiple characters. Add up to 5 old characters if you had alts or changed realms.

Lightweight and quiet. No chat channels and no chat spam. Players without the addon never notice anything. Getting started Type /aa add. Enter your old name and guild, then tick your faction, region, class, spec and realm. Type in the filter box to find your realm fast. Go play. Veterans appear as you meet them.

Accessibility Faction and class are always written out in words, and colours and crests are only extra. Need bigger text? Use /aa scale. WoW's own UI Scale setting applies too.

Good to know Only players who also run Azeroth Alumni can be found, so tell your old guild! The more people use it, the better it works. You only see veterans on your own faction and ruleset, the people you can actually meet and play with. Your old character info, and your BattleTag if you choose to share it, is visible to other addon users. Only add what you're happy for people to see. Built for WoW Forever.
