**Your guild's recruitment posts, finally held accountable.**
The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) watches the recruitment messages you post in Trade and General chat and tells you which ones actually work. It counts the whispers each message earns, the invites you send and the players who join. It ranks your pitches, and anything that underperforms goes on a Performance Improvement Plan.
### Features
- **Automatic post tracking:** any message you send to Trade or General that contains your guild tag (default `<The Company>`, change it in Settings) is logged against your Message Bank.
- **Leads, invites and hires:** a lead is a new player who whispers you within 10 minutes of a post, credited to your most recent message. Invites count whether you use `/ginvite`, the guild window or the right-click menu. A lead who joins within 14 days becomes a hire.
- **Hire log:** every recruit is recorded with who invited them, which recruiter earned the lead and the exact message that attracted them. Use `/ats who <name>` to look someone up.
- **Message Bank:** bulk paste, create, edit, copy, post with one click, and remove messages. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
- **Performance reviews:** Top Performer, On a PIP and Pending first post badges. Sort by leads, lead %, hires, hire % or sends.
- **Per-character stats:** see which recruiter characters convert best.
- **Guild sync:** guildmates running the addon quietly share the message bank, results and hire log over hidden addon messages. Nothing appears in guild chat.
- **Export / import:** plain-text export for spreadsheets or forms, and import of another recruiter's export.

### Notes
- Built for WoW Forever / Classic-era clients (interface 1.15+/1.60). Other guilds: set your own tag under Settings.
- Your data is saved account-wide in SavedVariables. Nothing leaves the game except what you choose to export or what guild sync shares with your own guild.
