sNamePlates is a Nameplate AddOn that allows the user to add/remove information about the mob/npc/player like health, health percent, and aswel custom colors, textures, fonts and more. This addon is intended for WoTLK 3.3.5 as for now.
To access to the options type in the chat ingame /snp, /snameplates or /sNamePlates.
