Displays percentage of Rested XP remaining.

This add-on was built to help the more casual WOW player keep track of their Rested XP - a valuable resource when it comes levelling efficiently. The main reason is so players don't waste their time when grinding away on mobs trying to level.

Key points to remember:

• As Rested XP approaches 150%, spend some time grinding away (as soon as Rested XP reaches 150%, it will not increase any further).
• If Rested XP runs out (0%), take a break and quit in an Inn to ensure it increases quickly while offline.
• Drag the frame around (it will remember where you placed it).
• Spin the mousewheel over the frame to change the format of the message (it doesn't remember your preference for this yet 🙂
