Warpath PvP Journal

Your personal PvP record for World of Warcraft: Forever. Warpath PvP Journal remembers every enemy player you fight, who killed whom and where, and turns it into a journal with stats, guild rivalries and battleground records.

What it does

  • Enemy journal: every hostile player you meet gets a card showing your kills and deaths against them, by level bracket, with their race, class, guild and where you last saw them. Search, sort, and filter by All, World only, Battlegrounds only or Friendly.
  • Guilds and guild families: see your record against each guild. Guilds that share a name, like Olympus, Olympus II and Olympus III, are grouped into one family with a combined scoreline.
  • Battlegrounds tab: a record for Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, Alterac Valley and Darkspear Islands, showing games, wins and losses, kills, deaths and your recent matches.
  • Overview: your session, today and the last 7 days. It also shows Blizzard's own honourable kill record, a race and class breakdown, recent activity, your greatest enemy, your most killed player and your top guild family.
  • Insights: a kill streak and milestone tracker, your record against each class, a guild family leaderboard, your nemesis, danger zones, gank watch and recently seen enemies.
  • Nameplate labels: your kill and death count shows above an enemy's nameplate.
  • PvP timer: a movable PvP-off countdown with a framed look, a Simple clock option, a colour change as time runs low, and size and opacity settings.
  • Map: click a recent activity line to put a waypoint on the map. An optional heat map shows where your kills and deaths happened.
  • Looks: a navy theme like the character window, in Alliance blue or Horde red, with a faded emblem background you can turn up, down or off.
  • Modules tab: switch any part of the addon on or off.
  • Under Dev (beta): newer features that are on by default and can be switched off: a Nearby enemies panel, click to target, kill / death heat map, vanished alert, battleground tracking, family name on labels and layer guess.

Getting started

Type /wpj or click the minimap button. The How to use page explains each tab. Your data is saved between sessions and carries over from earlier versions.

Good to know

  • Built for the Forever beta and its restricted addon API, so some features may behave differently as the beta changes.
  • Battleground tracking is new. Win and loss detection depends on what the game reports. If something looks wrong, please leave a comment with what you saw.
