Simple Threat

Keep track of aggro without taking your eyes off the fight. Built for WoW Forever Beta, this standalone addon adds clear threat indicators to enemy nameplates and a compact threat list beside your target portrait. No WeakAuras or external libraries required.

Each enemy nameplate shows a simple ownership indicator:

• Green check: You hold aggro.
• Blue check: Another confirmed tank holds aggro.
• Red X: The enemy is off you, with no confirmed other tank holding it.
• Gray dash: The enemy is idle or its aggro owner is unknown.

Your personal threat percentage appears beside active enemies—even when another tank has aggro—so you can track your progress toward pulling each mob.

The target display shows three players by default, including you, ordered by threat. Its default percentages compare everyone against the highest-threat player at 100%, while a > marks the actual aggro holder. Your name can turn amber when you approach pulling or losing aggro.

Customize the display to fit your UI:

• Switch nameplates between status icons and threat lists.
• Show up to five players per list, with an option to keep yourself visible.
• Adjust colors, icon and text sizes, spacing, placement, and opacity.
• Configure nameplate and target displays independently.
• Enable optional health-bar coloring and a selected-target outline.
• Choose Tank, Damage, or Minimal presets.
• Preview sample situations, drag the target display, and export or import your settings.

Enable enemy nameplates and type /sctf or /sctnp to get started.

Beta availability: Threat information depends on what the client makes available. Rankings and calculated percentages require readable threat data; unavailable values are shown clearly instead of estimated.
