Questdon: Quest Helper

Questdon is a quest helper made for World of Warcraft: Forever, not a Classic addon ported over. It brings its own Forever quest database, works with the Midnight secret values in combat and runs on its own or next to Questie.

Quick start

Install, log in, done. Yellow ! on the map and minimap show quests you can pick up now, the arrow points to your next objective. The Quest book button opens your journal, every zone and the search (also /qd journal, /qd zone, /qd search). /qd opens the options.

What it does

• Quest book: your own quest journal (every quest you accepted and turned in, with time, XP and money, your level-ups and today's numbers), every zone of Kalimdor, the Eastern Kingdoms and Zephras Isle with its map, your progress and all its quests (a chain with the same name is one line), and a search over your journal, all quests and zones.
• Quests on the map: available quests, quest mobs, objectives and turn-ins on the world map, the minimap and above nameplates. Several quests at one giver share one marker.
• Every spawn point: quest mobs and quest objects of every leveling zone in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, for both factions.
• Guiding arrow with distance to your next objective or turn-in.
• XP bar: your XP, the XP of finished quests, the level after turning them in, rested XP, XP per hour and the time to the next level.
• Auto accept and turn-in. When you choose a reward, the most valuable one is marked with a gold coin (picking it for you is an option).
• Quests that aren't there get hidden: if a quest giver doesn't offer a quest at three different levels, Questdon hides it for all your characters. For givers without a dialog, Alt-click the ! or target the NPC and type /qd nothere.
• Learn together: Questdon learns quest starts, turn-ins and objective spots while you play and shares them with other Questdon players (only numbers, no names). What enough players report shows up for everyone, so missing Forever quests fill in over time.
• More: quest item button, group quest progress (/qd group), dungeon quest overview (/qd dungeons), grey quest cleanup, fast loot, merchant comfort (sell junk, repair).
• English and German.

Quest data is generated from All The Things (MIT), plus Forever quests looked up by hand. Spawn points come from the Wowhead Forever quest maps.
