NearbyBuff
NearbyBuff helps you buff friendly players around you and keep your own buffs up. It checks supported spells for missing, expiring, or weaker effects, then prepares the next recommendation for you to cast outside combat. You and your party or raid take priority over other nearby players.
Features
- Choose Everyone for nearby-player buffing, or Solo + Party/Raid to focus on yourself and your group. The personal view appears when no group buffing is needed.
- Track supported class buffs, weapon effects, Rogue poisons, Hunter aspects, and learned profession tracking. Optional Growl reminders help hunters manage pet taunt in groups.
- Choose which buffs to use, adjust refresh timers, and restrict reagent-consuming spells to your group.
- Use the main window, a compact button, or an optional keyboard shortcut. Nothing casts automatically.
- Paladins can coordinate blessings with other NearbyBuff users in their party or raid.
Friendly nameplates: World buffing (automatically finding other nearby players) requires friendly nameplates to be enabled. Solo upkeep and party/raid buffing work without them. NearbyBuff offers to enable nameplates; choosing No uses Solo + Party/Raid. You can choose Everyone later to see the prompt again.
Get started: /nb opens NearbyBuff; /nb settings opens Settings. Choose Keybind in Settings to assign an unused key.
Built for WoW Forever. Only learned, supported abilities are recommended. Paladin coordination is still being tested; feedback is welcome.
