Guild Muster

One addon for your whole guild on WoW Forever. Raids and guild events on a shared calendar, loot history, every guildmate's recipes, a guild group finder, a shared blacklist, a guild bank shop with a treasury, and full guild management, with access controlled by your guild ranks.

Everything is shared between guild members running the addon. There's no website, no Discord bot and no external server. The window shows your own guild's name, and each guild only sees its own data.

Overview

- Opens first: your next raid and whether you've signed up, upcoming guild events, and only the things waiting on you
- Calendar: a month view of every raid and guild event, color-coded, with a list for any day you click

Raids & Events

- Post raids from templates (Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit, Onyxia's Lair) or custom events
- Members sign up with any of their characters, with role and status
- Discord Only raids: list a Raid Helper raid in game while signups stay on Discord
- PvP raids: pick the zone, Planned or Immediate, and a meeting spot. Immediate raids send a raid warning to everyone online
- Click any name to see their saved gear, professions and loot history
- Reminders before the raid, and one-click invites for everyone signed up

Guild Events

- Trivia nights, contests, races, raffles, fishing derbies, transmog shows, duel tournaments, or your own event type
- Set a place, description, signup cap and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd (gold, an item, or both)
- Members press I'm in and get a reminder before it starts
- The host records the winners and can announce them in guild chat
- Gold prizes can be paid straight from the guild's events fund and are recorded in the Treasury
- Hall of fame for your guild's top event winners

Crafting

- Every guildmate's recipes in one place, read automatically when they open their profession window
- Search for what you want made and see who can make it, online first, with their skill and specialization
- Ask to craft: a quiet request the crafter can accept or decline
- Whisper opens with a friendly message and the item link already typed in
- Each member can stop sharing their recipes at any time

Characters

- Main role, second role, raid ready and attunements
- Gear and professions are read from the game automatically
- Each member can turn PvE raid, PvP raid and guild event alerts off separately

Loot History

- Records every raid's loot from Gargul awards (including soft reserves and off-spec) or from loot messages
- Loot log for raid leaders: date, leader, raid, every item and its winner
- Loot history on every character
- Tracks raid attendance for promotion rules

Group Finder

- Pick your dungeons (all WoW Forever dungeons, filtered by faction), battlegrounds and roles once
- An Available switch: when it's off, you're not listed and never pinged
- Start a group or battleground premade. Available guildmates who fit get a quiet ping and can ask to join

Blacklist

- Your own list, a guild list kept by officers, and private reports to officers
- Right-click any player to add them
- You get a private warning when a listed player invites you, whispers you, joins your group or asks to join yours. Nothing is ever sent to them

Quartermaster (Guild Bank Shop)

- Members buy guild consumables at a discount and pay by depositing gold in the guild vault
- Officers' addons read the vault logs, match each deposit to its order and flag items taken without payment
- Prices come from Auctionator or Hammerprice, its own auction house scan, or hand entry, with a cost floor so the guild never sells at a loss
- Profit is split into a mats fund, an events fund and a reserve, with a full ledger
- Demand, supply, restock priorities and a shopping list

Guild Manager (Officers)

- Activity from the guild log, and a searchable roster showing who has the addon and which version
- Analytics by class, level, rank and profession
- Auto invite on trigger words, with guild-banned players refused
- Saved purge and promote/demote scripts with a preview, using level, time offline, notes, time in guild and raid attendance
- Kicks, promotions and invites run in batches on one key press (Ctrl+Shift+X). The key locks after each batch until the game confirms it, so nobody is ever moved twice
- Undo recent promotions, read from the game's guild log

Who Sees What

- Member: Overview, Raids & Events, My characters, Group finder, Crafting, Quartermaster shop
- Event Host [EV]: adds Planner for events, pays event prizes, and gets the full Quartermaster
- Raid Leader [RL]: adds Planner (raids and events) and the Loot log, and manages raids they lead
- Officer: adds Guild manager, the full Quartermaster and the guild blacklist, pays event prizes, and manages any raid or event
- High Council: adds Admin, with raid leader, event host and on-leave tags
- Guild Master and Admin: also choose which access each guild rank gets, the guild display name and the admin tag

Setting Up Your Guild

1. Everyone who wants to take part installs the addon. Open it with /muster or the minimap button
2. The Guild Master opens Admin and picks the access level for each guild rank. Ranks with "Officer" or "Council" in the name are set automatically
3. In Admin, set the guild display name (blank uses your in-game guild name) and your Discord link
4. Add tags to officer notes, or use Admin: [RL] for raid leaders, [EV] for event hosts, [ADM] for admins, [LOA] for members on leave (purges skip them)
5. Crafters open each profession window once so their recipes are shared
6. Officers using Guild Manager need the matching permissions on their in-game rank: invite, remove, promote, demote and edit officer notes

Good to Know

- Built for WoW Forever. Raid templates and dungeon lists are WoW Forever's
- Every player's addon checks the sender's guild rank and tags before accepting anything, so access can't be faked by editing files
- This is a beta. Please report issues in the comments with a screenshot and the output of /muster whoami

Commands

- /muster opens or closes the window (also /rev)
- /muster whoami shows how the addon sees you
- /muster sync asks your guild for anything you missed
- /muster crafts shows which recipes the addon has read from your professions
- /muster lfg toggles your group finder availability
- /muster key sets the Guild Manager action key
- /muster minimap shows or hides the minimap button

Credits

Blacklist concept inspired by LFG Blacklist by Ievgen Pavlenko (MIT license). Loot history listens to Gargul's public award events. No code from other addons is included.
