ForeverThreatPlate

Threat colours for Blizzard's own nameplates, and nothing else changed.

The ForEver realms ship with nice default enemy nameplates, but they don't show threat. ForeverThreatPlate adds threat colouring to those nameplates without replacing them. The textures, size, font, cast bar, raid icons and target highlight all stay exactly as Blizzard made them. Only the colour of the health bar changes, based on your threat on each enemy.

You can tell at a glance, across a whole pack, which mobs you hold and which ones are about to get away from you.

Features

- Automatic role detection: Warriors in Defensive Stance, Druids in Bear Form and Paladins with Righteous Fury get the tank colours automatically. Switch stance or form and the colours follow.
- Manual role override: force Tank or DPS/Healer mode if you prefer, for example when you tank in Battle Stance.
- Fully customisable colours: every threat state has its own colour. Change it with the colour picker or type a hex value. You get a live preview on a bar that uses Blizzard's texture, and your nameplates update instantly.
- One-click reset: right-click a colour to restore its default, or reset all colours at once.
- Minimap button: left-click opens the options, right-click cycles Auto / Tank / DPS mode, and you can drag it around the minimap or hide it.
- Slash commands: `/ftp` opens the options. `/ftp mode auto|tank|dps`, `/ftp status` and `/ftp minimap` are also available.
- Lightweight: it only reacts to threat and nameplate events, with no constant scanning and no external libraries.
- Saved per account: your colours, mode and minimap button position are kept between sessions.

Why this addon?

Most threat-plate addons replace the whole nameplate with their own design. ForeverThreatPlate is for players who like Blizzard's nameplates as they are and only want the missing threat information. Install it and your plates look the same, with threat colours added.

Compatibility
- Works with Blizzard's default nameplates.
- If you use another nameplate addon that also recolours health bars (Plater, TidyPlates, Threat Plates…), use one or the other.
