Remembers your best normal hit and your best crit for every spell, damage and healing, per character. Made for World of Warcraft: Forever.

Features

• One row per spell: best normal hit and best crit side by side, damage and healing in separate sections, sorted by the highest value
• Hover a row for the spell tooltip plus rank, target and date of both records
• Every new record prints a chat line, a new crit record also shows a big notice in the middle of the screen
• Auto attack has its own entry
• Records are kept per spell name, so a new rank has to beat the old one
• Minimap button (LibDBIcon, works with Leatrix Plus and other button collectors)
• Saved per character

Commands

• /fcrit - show your records
• /fcrit reset - clear the records of this character
• /fcrit debug - start and stop a raw event capture for bug reports

How it works, and its limits

WoW Forever runs on the Midnight engine, where addons get no combat log. ForeverCrit reads the hit numbers the game reports for your target and matches each hit to your own cast, using its timing and the damage school named in the spell text. This works well while you play solo. Known limits:

• In a group, another player's crit on your target can count as yours
• Area spells count only on your current target
• A damage-over-time tick can take the hit of a projectile of the same school that is still in flight
• Weapon procs, totems and pet hits are ignored
• If the game hides combat values (possibly in dungeons and raids), nothing is recorded
• Damage over time is not tracked: a pure DoT such as Serpent Sting has no direct hit, and its ticks cannot be told apart from other damage of the same school

Tested with a Shaman on the beta. Feedback for other classes is welcome in the comments.

WoW Forever gibt Addons kein Kampflog. ForeverCrit ordnet die Treffer über Zeitpunkt und Schadensschule deinen eigenen Zaubern zu. Das klappt solo zuverlässig. In der Gruppe kann ein Crit eines Mitspielers auf dein Ziel als deiner zählen, Flächenzauber zählen nur auf dein aktuelles Ziel.
