ForeverBuffFrames is currently in public beta.

Alert limitations
The Forever client restricts some aura information during combat.
Ten-second warnings require readable aura timing and are therefore intended primarily for use outside combat.
Combat-compatible buff alerts work differently: ForeverBuffFrames learns a buff while its information is readable, then registers its assigned sound before combat. This sound plays when the buff is removed or expires; it is not an advance warning.
Debuff sounds also rely on previously learned or registered spell IDs. A buff or debuff first encountered during restricted combat may need to be observed outside combat before its alert can work.
The ten-second warning and combat-removal sound are separate systems and may be enabled together.
Debuff awareness
ForeverBuffFrames can visually identify Magic, Curse, Disease, and Poison effects and assign a separate sound to each type.
The Debuff Library contains build-matched spell information from the Forever client. Search by name or spell ID, review the available description, and add an entry directly to Personal Trackers for an exact-spell alert.
Sound options
The addon includes 21 redistributable alert recordings and can also use compatible LibSharedMedia sounds or user-provided .ogg and .mp3 files. Custom recordings must be placed in the addon's CustomSounds folder before WoW starts.
The bundled collection comes from SharedMedia: AlertMediaPack, including media originating from WeakAuras and sArena Reloaded under CC0, CC BY 3.0, or MIT terms. Complete attribution and license documents are included with the addon under Media/AlertSounds.
Tracking selector
An optional magnifying-glass button sits at the fixed end of the buff bar and activates supported profession, racial, and class tracking abilities. Tracking uses native spell actions, and active tracking effects appear in the normal buff bar.
Profiles and recovery
Create and manage named profiles for different characters or layouts. Earlier Forever beta builds could occasionally lose addon settings after a reload or restart. That issue currently appears resolved, but Backup/Recovery remains available if it returns.
Getting started
Open the settings with the minimap button or /fbf config. Unlock the bars, position them, customize their layouts, and configure alerts for the effects that matter to you.
Localization
The interface supports English, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Native-speaker corrections are welcome.
Feedback
ForeverBuffFrames still needs broader testing across classes, languages, interface scales, and addon combinations. When reporting a problem, include the client build, reproduction steps, and the complete report from the Diagnostics page.
Development note
ForeverBuffFrames has been heavily AI-assisted and has also gone through repeated in-game testing, error correction, and visual review. This remains a public beta, so issues not encountered during current testing may still exist.
