Forever Wowhead Search

Look up what you are hovering without typing its name. Forever Wowhead Search prepares a link to Wowhead's Forever database for the object under your cursor.

How to use

1. Hover an NPC, item, quest, spell, or chat link.
2. Press Ctrl+X to open a small popup with the URL already selected.
3. Press Ctrl+C to copy the URL and close the popup.
4. Paste the URL into your browser.

When a supported ID is available, the addon links directly to a Forever page such as https://www.wowhead.com/forever/npc=3255. When only a name is available, it prepares a Google search for {name} wowhead forever.

Features

• Escape to dismiss the popup.
• Rebindable shortcut under Key Bindings > Forever Wowhead Search.
• Existing custom keybindings are preserved; occupied shortcuts are not overwritten.
