Forever UI

One forged interface for WoW: Forever

Forever UI gives the whole game one look: tooled dark leather, antique gold trim and medieval lettering, from the action bars to the chat box. It also brings every Forever addon into one download and one options window.

It restyles the game's own frames rather than replacing them, so everything keeps working in combat and Edit Mode still moves it all.

⚔️ The look

• Action bars: forged buttons, the gold frame, gryphons and page arrows hidden (each optional), key bindings tidied, and icons turn red when out of range.
• Micro menu and bags: slim and flat, with an option to show just the backpack.
• Tooltips, minimap and chat: leather and gold throughout. The minimap goes square, addon buttons tuck into a drawer, chat gets flat tabs and a matching input box, and web links become clickable.
• Damage meter and swing timers: forged bars, a see-through background if you like, and swing timers only in combat.
• Quest tracker: framed headers, matching progress bars and medieval lettering.
• Lettering: Medieval, Crisp or the game's own, everywhere at once.
• Clean style: prefer flat and modern? One switch.

• Unit Frames: forged player, target, focus, pet and target-of-target frames.
  • Surnames.
  • Your swing timer inside your cast bar.
  • A player frame that fades when idle.
• Nameplates:
  • Readable names.
  • Quest progress beside the mobs you still need ("5/8").
  • Cast bars that match your own.
• Plus Target Arrow, Buff Reminder, Chat Filter, Hush (mute annoying sounds), Loot Tracker, Gear Sets, Pet Snack, Mouselook, Graphics and Campfire Tales.

Every addon's settings open right inside the Forever UI window, with no hunting through menus.

✨ Handy extras

• Hide out of combat: after a fight the bars, micro menu, bags, XP bar and damage meter fade away.
  • They come back when a fight starts, when you target something, or when your mouse goes over them.
  • Buttons and key bindings keep working while they're hidden.
• Handy helpers:
  • Junk sold and gear repaired at merchants, with the guild paying when it can. Hold Shift to skip.
  • Optional: decline duels, accept invites from friends, and confirm bind-on-pickup loot when solo.
• Line up: one click lines your bars up and brings chat down, saved in Edit Mode so you can still adjust it.

📦 Installing

1. Unzip into InterfaceAddOns. You'll get a ForeverUI folder and a ForeverUI_… folder for each part. Keep them all.
2. Already using some of the separate Forever addons? You can delete them. If you keep one, Forever UI notices and lets that one run instead (its settings start fresh in the suite).
3. In game, type /fui or click the minimap button.
