# Raid Support

**Raid Support** connects tanks, raid leads and healers. See at a glance who has mana and which support cooldowns are ready, request a cooldown with a single click, and get a clear on-screen call when someone needs *your* spell.

## Features

### Healer overview (Tank / Raid Lead mode)

- A compact, movable window lists every **healer** in your party or raid, with **mana in %**.

- **Paladins are always shown.** Holy paladins appear with the healers, every other paladin in a separate "Paladins" group.

- The **current aura of each paladin** is shown, and it is recognized again after death and re-casting.

- Every tracked **support cooldown** is shown as an icon. Icons on cooldown are darkened and show a timer.

- Hovering an icon shows the **real in-game spell tooltip**.

- **Automatic spec detection** out of combat: talent points, assigned group roles and class all feed into it. A Shadow priest who is set as healer is still shown, and so are low-level players with only a few talent points.

### One-click requests

- Click any ability icon, and the player gets a whisper: **"Use [Lay on Hands] on YourName"**, with a real, clickable spell link.

- This works **in combat**. It only sends a chat message, and chat messages are not a protected action.

### On-screen alert (every mode)

- If you receive a request, the **spell icon appears in the middle of your screen** with the name of the player who needs it, together with a raid warning sound.

- Up to 4 requests are shown at once. Each disappears after 10 seconds, or earlier when you click it.

- Only players who also run Raid Support see the alert. Everyone else simply gets the normal whisper.
