Clear Skies Forever

Hides your UI on flight paths and tints the world with a golden-hour glow, so every flight feels like a scenic ride.

Take a flight path and Clear Skies fades out everything between you and the view: action bars, chat, minimap, nameplates, names, chat bubbles and floating numbers. The camera eases back to show off the landscape, and the screen takes on a soft color of your choosing. When you land, everything comes back exactly as you left it.

Features

• Hides the whole UI during flight-path flights, then fades it back in on landing.
• Clears the world too: nameplates, floating names and titles, chat bubbles, damage numbers, quest NPC rings and interact icons.
• Screen tints: Golden hour, Sunset, Dreamy blue, Vintage sepia, Cinematic, or none. Hover a look in the panel to preview it live.
• Camera pull-back: zooms out on takeoff and restores your zoom on landing.
• Hides an idle cursor after a couple of seconds. Click to bring it back.
• Never makes you miss anything: the UI comes back for queue pops, ready checks, party invites, summons and whispers.
• Hold Shift at any time to peek at your UI mid-flight.

Settings

Open the panel with /clearskies, the minimap button, or the game's addon menu next to the minimap. Choose a look and turn each feature on or off. /clearskies toggle turns the addon on or off.

Notes

• Built for WoW: Forever. Flight paths only; skyriding and flying mounts are left alone.
• Forever currently doesn't load addon settings after a restart (a known Blizzard bug), so your choices reset each login until that's fixed. Clear Skies will remember them automatically once it is.
• The settings Clear Skies switches off during a flight (nameplates, names and so on) are restored when you land or log out.
