Belphie’s Dialogue

Every window an NPC opens, replaced: gossip, quest offers, quest turn-ins, multi-quest greetings, vendors and trainers. Themed, movable, and customisable down to the individual colours.

What it changes

• Gossip, quest offer, quest turn-in and multi-quest greeting windows, in one consistent frame rather than four different ones.
• Vendors, including the reagent bag in the sell list, and junk that sells itself once per visit rather than once per refresh.
• Trainers, grouped by category.
• Auto-accepted and auto-discovered quests handled the way the default UI handles them, instead of throwing a window at you.
• Move and resize anything; theme all of it.

Built for the content Forever is actually made of

A vanilla NPC whose only business is handing out quests uses QUEST_GREETING, an event that barely exists on modern clients where nearly everything arrives as gossip. Anything ported from retail has that hole, and it only opens on the content Forever is made of — so on retail you would never find it, and on Forever you find it on your first quest hub. BDL handles it.

Requirements

BLib is required. The launcher should fetch it alongside this addon; if it does not, install BLib by hand.
