Open the companion with "/wow-ai".

• Quest assistant: view current tasks, known objective locations, available quest pickups and prerequisites. Follow local navigation markers and clear companion-created markers when you no longer need them. Dungeon and opposite-faction tasks are filtered where eligibility is known.
• Daily adventure journal: record logins, exploration, quest progress, kills and loot; add notes and milestones, and browse your journey by day and page. Records save through the game's SavedVariables on normal logout or UI reload. A crash can lose unsaved events.
• Dungeon assistant: check quest eligibility and minimum pickup levels before entering, review task objectives, browse item icons and compare potential upgrades using available character data. Comparisons are estimates, not simulation results.
• Dungeon atlas: browse 16 static reference pages across 11 dungeon groups. Classic reference positions may differ in Forever; coverage is incomplete.
• Languages: automatically follows the supported client language, with manual English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese selection.

Installation and optional AI

Install the addon for the Forever game flavor. Keep the folder named WoWAI, restart the game, then type /wow-ai. There is no game-account selection step. Preserve your WTF folder when updating to retain settings and journal records.

The local quest reference, journal and dungeon features do not require an AI account. AI chat, AI route planning and generated travelogues require a separately configured Windows companion bridge and your own supported provider login. Installing this addon alone does not install or sign in to Codex or WorkBuddy. The ZIP contains no bridge executable, account credentials, personal logs or AI credits. Bridge setup must create its reply-slot addons before a full game restart.

When you choose an AI action with a configured bridge, your message and relevant game context or selected journal data are passed to the selected provider. Usage is subject to your own provider account. The temporary color strip is the addon's outbound bridge transport.

This CurseForge edition includes a local quest reference graph, not a complete authored leveling walkthrough. It excludes RestedXP-derived authored chapters and four community-composite map images pending redistribution clearance. It does not automatically move your character or complete quests. Current quest state and game data take priority over reference data.

本地任务资料、日志和副本功能无需 AI 账号。AI 聊天、AI 规划与生成游记需要另行配置 Windows 桥接，并登录自己的 AI 服务。 此 ZIP 不含桥接可执行程序、账号凭据、个人日志或 AI 额度，也不会替你安装或登录 Codex/WorkBuddy。桥接需先生成回复槽插件，再完全重启游戏。使用 AI 时，相应输入及游戏资料会传给所选服务，额度或费用按自己的账号计算；临时彩条用于桥接传输。
