ELI5 Achievements

Inspired by https://www.reddit.com/r/explainlikeimfive - This add-on is designed to help you get achievements with a current max level character by providing you with simple one line explanations of what you need to do.

As this is designed for max level characters some achievements can simply be summarized with "Just kill the boss" as your damage is so high you no longer need to worry about fight mechanics.

For example...

Not every achievement will have a note, it will only show notes where it's not clear as to what you're meant to be doing, but the notes will always be short.
