Adds buttons to make you change order of the categories on your currency window.
Note for currency transfers:
Due to limitations on blizzards part it's not possible to have sorting enabled when transfering currencies. There is a checkbox to temporarily disable the sorting when transfering. Hopefully i can be able to find a way to not have to reload the UI.
