Minimalist durability and ilevel display.

DAI adds extra text on each slot in character frame including:

• item durability (text color from green to red)
• item level (color by item quality)
• missing gems and enchants

DAI can also show iLevel on equippable items in your bags/bank. (disabled by default)

Now support blizzard and Bagnon.

You can change text position and font in InterfaceOptionsFrame.
