Lets you track the cooldowns of your trinkets + a bit more functions

1. Addon dynamically tracks cooldown of equipped trinkets and enchants.
2. Made to remove headache of copying/creating weakauras for every new character/item.
3. Works both on 3.3 and 3.4 WotLK versions.
4. Full database of WotLK/TBC trinkets.
5. Ashen rings, cloak, weapon, hands, boots and belt enchants.
6. Doesn't depend on combat log.
7. Proc duration, stacks, cooldown.
8. Loging and Cooldown on login and after inventory change.
9. Has built-in cooldown text (use OmniCC as alternative).
10. Caches cooldown even if trinket was unequiped after proc (useful if server has different iCD on equip).
