PriorityHelper tells you what to press next. It reads your current buffs, debuffs, cooldowns, resources and target state every frame, runs them through a per-spec priority list, and displays the next three recommended abilities in real time — the same idea as Hekili on retail, rebuilt from scratch for the 3.3.5a client.
It's not a rotation bot. It doesn't cast anything for you or automate any input. It's a suggestion display, in the same category as any other advisory addon.
