Baik Actionbar Module

Notice

I went to major code rewrites on my addon. In-order to update the addon in time for Shadowlands, I delayed reimplementing some of the addon features. I will eventually reimplement them back, sorry!

Prerequisite

Summary

A modification to Blizzard's UI forcing it to be compact and moving the bottom right action bar above the bottom left action bar. Also allow options to remove some styling.

Tracking Status Bar

Due to limitation in Blizz's status bar, I have to recreate the tracking bars. I will slowly introduce so please be patient!
